I currently have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit installed on my computer. What I want to do is install Windows 7 Pro 32-bit without loosing any files or data. Is this possible? Why do I wanna do this...because I wanna down grade this PC's CPU to a Pentium 4 which doesn't run on a 64-bit OS. I own a copy of both Windows 7 64-bit and 32-bit. Any ideas? Thanks

You cannot downgrade from 64-bit OS to 32-bit. You have to back up data and clean-install 32-bit OS. Your programs have to be re-installed. Even standalone programs, if designed for 64-bit, have to be 32-bit.

Can consider using a virtual machine such as VMplayer or Virtualbox or VirtualPC.

Since you have pro you may wish to use the xp feature MS provides. It is basically a free copy of XP on a VirtualPC. It should solve most of your 32 bit issues.
