Specs: Windows 7, Core Duo 2,58 GHZ /2GB
I can no longer select a rectangle and right click it. There is no right click menu. Furthermore, if I Ctrl-C the selected area and Paste it pastes a selected area of the photo I edited when the problem begun (other file)... Is it a virus or something else??
Sorry, it's Win 10, move it if you can....

It may sound strange but try restarting the computer. I do not refer to shut down and start but select restart from the menu since more will restart clean and less will carry over from the last start (unique to Windows 10, opposite for older versions).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Id recommend checking out GIMP(a free alternative to Adobe Photoshop).
If you havent used GIMP before, its really well documented and theres a ton of tutorials and guides on youtube/forums etc that you can look through.

Would help you with your MsPaint problem, but Ive never actually used Paint.
