Boot to Advanced Startup Options and run CHKDSK /R /F at Safe Mode Command Prompt and also run memtest86+ by booting to memtest cd-rom to be created by yourself.

does it reboot right after the crash?
If so, then disable automatically restart and it should stay on the blue screen so you can get the error.

One more thing you can try is to check the event viewer and it will show you the error.

Was this ever stable with windows 7? Was this a clean install? Or was this an upgrade install (from what?)? Did you do a windows 7 compatibility scan first? What hardware/ Did you test RAM as above?

you should really learn how to use google. It's a great learning tool. www.google.com
Here, pay attention and watch carefully:

That will teach you how easy it is.

Do the same with your other question.

Unfortunately we don't tutor people on here but we try to steer them in the right direction ;-)

Save files to separate media, format drive and do a clean install. That will most likely fix all easiest (unless RAM or hard drive is going)
