Hello, is it possible to have Windows XP style thumbnails for folders in windows 7 Starter? Windows 7 as you may know has a 3D angled folder thumbnails that are hardly viewable. I miss the four square thumbnails that was clearly visible to see what type of images/movies are in the directory. Thanks.

Did you read those topics or just googled the title? They do not solve my problem at all. I simply want the folders to display up to four thumbnails per folder in 2D view like XP.

I posted those because that's the most you can hope for. The feature you demand was stripped wayback in Vista & it is not something that all of a sudden appeared in Windows 7.

No one else misses the ability to actually see what is in a folder before clicking on it?
