Win 7 Recycle Bin marked FULL won't open in WIn 7.

Specs: Windows 7, 4GB DDR3 8GM MAX
How to open WiN 7 recycle bin marked full. It is located in the Change Icon Box (from personalize selection by right clicking on desktop) . I am using a HP laptop.

The change icon box is just that, it's used to change the icons not perform the functions of those icons. Your recycle bin icon is on the desktop. Double click on it and it will open the recycle bin. Or right click on the icon and select "empty recycle bin"

Might use the disk clean up tool.
