Win 7 pagefile size is zero What to do?

Specs: Windows 7, E7400 2.8GHz/2 GB
My total page file size for all drive is allocated to 0. I tried to in increase page file but when i restart, it still allocated to 0

What happens if you choose the option to let Windows decide on the pagefile size, which is usually the better option anyway?

One thing that can cause this is if the SYSTEM account does not have Full Control over the root of the drive in question. This can be checked from the security tab of the drives properties.
