Solved Win 7 explorer often stops responding (hangs)

Specs: Windows 7, i3 processor with 3.2 M cache/3 GB DDR3
My windows explorer often stops responding, though my windows has been updating on a regular basis. Whenever it happens my cursor stops moving and I have to forcefully shut down my laptop.

Well, that may varie to your laptop performance e.g
CPU speed, RAM size, INTERNET speed etc.

I would recommend, installing MALEWAREBYTES
after installation, do an update of the program and then run
a full SCAN ... on the end remove the found "bad" items :)

Restart laptop and tell us the difference

Well i downloaded and performed a full scan....right now system working pretty fine but can't say am sure it won't happen again....

What O/S do you have??
Can you go into the EVENT VIEWER and check the time
whenever the problem occures (usually a red cross is shown)
then double click on it ... tell us the EVENT ID and the description.

I guess the problem is solved now as my windows was not was showing error code 0x80070003...I solved it...thanks for your concern.....
