win 7 does not access intranet that xp could.

Microsoft Windows 7 professional 64-bit
October 12, 2010 at 20:36:49
Specs: Windows 7, 3.0mhz/ 8gig
I currently have a system configured for a nat 1 to 1 from a 10.32.x.x network to 165.29.x.x with XP I could access 169.254.x.x with no problem. When I changed to win 7 the 169 network is not available. Only change was OS If the win 7 machine is out on a 165.29.x.x ip it will access 169 network. Again only change including entire network was the OS. All other internet and intranet functions work fine.

Could be cause because Windows 7 has IP v6.0 enable and you are using 1p v4.0 networking.
