Solved win 7 crashed after merging partitions

Specs: win7
Windows 7 crashed after merging hard disks partitions. Restarted the computer and it wont boot. What to do?

"Once it’s done, quit, remove the live cd and then reboot your computer. Unless you are very lucky, you’ll be greeted with this horrible error message saying “Windows Failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.”"

Had 3 partitions originally. 1 boot NTFS, and 2 fat32. Wanted to boost computer performance by merging all the partitions in ton one lump sum. And downloaded a freeware and ran the merge operations. Upon restarting found the o.s. has been crashed.
