Win 7 built-in defrag program does not work

September 1, 2010 at 08:24:57
Specs: Windows 7, 3 GB
I own a ACER Aspire 7530 which I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7.
Defrag function does not work; if I click defrag nothing happens. Some time ago I installed Defragler which runs OK. Could this cause the problem that the Windows Defrag function seems to be dead?

You have answered your own question. Either you uninstall Defragler or use System Restore back to the time before you installed it.

Use Live One Safety Scanner, it will inform you if you need to Defrag....
