Most probably.

Besides, you can always visit the web sites of the program makers on the CD to check if there are updates.

If it works with Vista, it will work with Win7. The two operating systems are quite similar under the hood.

Nearly all XP software will work with W7, too.

Not sure that is exactly true. Almost all programs written for Vista will run on Windows 7. There are some exceptions. XP is supported in a different way. It will either work (nativity or in compatibility mode) or MS's solution is to either integrate a virtual machine with xp mode or you could do that also. XP mode is only free on the highest two versions of Windows 7.

If it is older you might try dosbox or other.
