will a internal zip drive work with win7

Specs: Windows 7, Intel Duo 2 DualCore/ 4gb ram
its a Iomega 10670 ide Zip drive. Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit. Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Dual-Core Processor. CORSAIR XMS3 DHX 4GB .

the latest drivers i saw were for windows 95or98

It should work if you have an ide zip and you have an ide adapter to sata or an ide channel. It may be a stinker to get it to work if parallel or scsi.

Funny thing is this product gave the linux people the idea to use scsi access for all drives.

I know someone who is using a zip drive external to access old back up files and windows 7 recognized it immediately without a driver added, it may be the dame for the internal also.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
