have you tried different browsers? Is the connection unsecured or do you have to enter a password?

Instructions
1. Verify Your Internet Connection

Click the 'Start' button on your computer.

2. Connect to the Internet with Internet Explorer

3. Connect to the Internet with Mozilla Firefox

4. Connect to the Internet with Netscape

Select the phone number for your dial-up account from the drop-down menu after selecting 'IDon’t Have an Account.'

Check any special requirements needed for your browser to connect to the Internet and click 'Next.'

Sending us instructions does not help, you're going to have to provide some information. .

What steps have you taken so far? Has it worked in the past? Did this just happen? Do you actually have an account with an ISP?
