Did you remove the originally installed anti virus before you installed Kaspersky?

"i installed on it kaspersky internet security and antivirus"

What other software did you install? Did you dump all the pre-installed Toshiba crapware?

Did it work OK when you bought it? If so then just reload the entire deal from OEM media and start over.

A Pit Bull is like a gun you can pet. And there is no safety on it.

Uninstall programs that came with the machine that you do not use.
If your machine came with Norton or McAfee preinstalled, you will need to go the their website and download their uninstaller to remove all traces of it so your new antivirus program can work better.
Run msconfig, go to Start tab and uncheck all except Microsoft and your antivirus program, Apply and restart the machine.
Run Malwarebtytes to double check that you do not have an infection.
Run Disk Clean Up.
Clean out your browser's History, Cookies, Temp Internet Files, etc. Reset your browser to keep history for 2 or 3 days only and to delete cookies when closing it.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

All of the above plus run the built in Error Check program on the hard disk - right mouse click on hard disk icon and go to Tools tab. Tick both check disk option boxes and press start. It will prompt you to let the check run before Windows boots. Agree and reboot laptop.
