Can you explain more clearly what you mean by "at first I have to close it and then open it." Do you mean you have reboot it; and if so how do you do that?

Hello, let's start with the beginning. I open the laptop, I press the start button, the fan and the LEDs are heard, but the display does not light up, I press the button again and hold it down until it turns off and I immediately turn it on again and everything starts, even the display. as long as the battery is current, if the battery is discharged I take it from the beginning

I'm wondering f the power adapter is all it might be... Since if the battery is charged it all seems OK But if the battery isn't then? Equally is the battery still providing power to some parts of the system whilst the laptop is allegedly "off"? And if the battery is discharged then of course it can't/won't do that and thus you have the problem as described. Which brings me back to the power adapter... There may also be an issue on the motherboard related to power distribution; as in a capacitor (or more) failing... Often they fail by leaking a little and the routine of power on and then off and power on again reseals that leak - for the moment. More common an effect on a psu proper, but not impossible on a circuit board too. Can you test the laptop with another known good power adapter?

I don't think the problem is right from the power supply, and the laptop doesn't have hhd, meaning I don't have windows installed, as I explained, the display doesn't light up on the first try only on the 2nd, but today you will clean the laptop and I will install windows to see what happens. good day friends
