Why I can't run services.msc activex error?

Microsoft Windows 7 ultimate - 32-bit
December 24, 2010 at 11:45:59
Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate, Core 2 Duo 2.5 FHz E7200, 2GB DDR2
I have just installed Adobe CS5 Design Premium.
I have updates BitDefender Antivirus & Windows Defender

Problem:
I get following error:

One or more activex controls could not be displayed because either:
1. your current security settings prohibit running activex
controls on this page, or
2. you have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.
as a result, the page may not display correctly.

for services.msc & gpedit.msc
Also BitDefender antivirus screen & Win gadgets seem to be distorted.

Tried MS KB907343 ,
Did not find any parasite zone registry entry to delete as specified in some of the forums
Reseted the IE9 Beta (Tool->Internet Options->Advanced->Reset) settings as suggeted by some of the forums
Also enabled Active X controls in IE9 Beta (Tool->Internet Options->Securirty->Custom Level)

Googled to get the solution.
The parasite zone named 'L' appeared in both
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\

&

HKEY_LOCAL_MAHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\

Deleting both solved the problem.

Only first registry location was specified in the earlier forum.

Thanks for providing me the place to share my problem.

I will help others here. :) !!!!!!!!

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\

0-4 entry only, if there is any entry before 0 then delete it. it works with me

sorry but didn't work for me
but cmd , regedit , gpedit.msc and others commands built-in really live !
such as cmd : networking commands used in powershell as well as ms dos
arp.exe
route.exe
nbtstat.exe
netstat.exe
ping.exe
tracert.exe
ipconfig.exe
net.exe
hostname.exe
ipxroute.exe
finger.exe
getmac.exe
iqp.exe
Fsutil.exe
1.)CD/
press Enter
2.)netsh int tcp show global
press Enter
3.)netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled
press Enter
4.)netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
press enter
5.)netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp
press enter
6.)netsh int tcp show global
7.) Your Done! Now just Test it out!
gpedit for others users and disables/enables and many others
regedit = Adding Items to the Start Button

To add items when you right-click on the Start Button:
1.Open RegEdit
2.Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Shell
3.Right-click on Shell and select New Key
4.Type in the name of the key and press the Enter key
5.In the Default name that shows in the right hand panel, you can add a title with a "&" character in front of the letter for a shortcut
6.Right-click on the key you just created and create another key under it called command
7.For the value of this command, enter the full path and program you want to execute
8.Now when you right click on the Start Button, your new program will be there.
9.For example, if you want Word to be added, you would add that as the first key, the default in the right panel would be &Word so when you right click on the Start Button, the W would be the Hot Key on your keyboard. The value of the key would be C:\Program Files\Office\Winword\Winword.exe
thanks
if liked then please tell me how to upload faster for my channel i'm having problem
thanks if email asharma3k@gmail.com any suggestion would really be great thanks in advance :)

Navigate to the below registry entry. Here, you should delete 1 extra (parasite) zone with pseudo-graphic number, you'll see it before zone number 0.,

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\
It seems this is a bug of Adobe flash player update.
