try doing a system restore to a date before the issue started, it maybe a bad driver or a damaged file..disconnect from the internet, reboot and do a system restore connect to the internet and see what updates windows offer, write them down update and see if you still have the problem,
in start type reliability, and click on reliability monitor it may help you see any problems with your machine, also in event manager..

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

Sounds like you have been hit by malware and viruses.
Tap f8 on bootup and select safe mode with networking. Then download these progs to your desktop:
1- rkill.exe
2- tdss killer
Run the top 2 to get rid of the tdss rootkit if it is in play then
3- Malwarebytes
Then run a quick scan with malwarebytes and clean all it finds.

Let us know how you make out.

Some HELP in posting on Computing.net plus free progs and instructions Cheers
