Win7 is no longer supported & there are no more updates. If you're still getting notices about updates, it means you never fully updated it. To make your system as secure as possible, you should install every update available. Win7 is like a ticking time bomb. Without any more security patches from Microsoft, it's becoming more & more vulnerable each day. It's time to consider a new OS.
