why does my windows 7 pc crash during remote

January 24, 2011 at 07:46:25
Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate, Intel Core Quad CPU Q8300/8.0 GB RAM
I can connect and login to my desktop using RDC from home or work. But after a couple of minutes, the PC does a blue screen crash. This is happening all the time. No intermittancy at all. I found out that it has happened in the past when another colleague was using it but nothing was done to fix it. I have inherited the PC and thus the problem.

i suggest that you take it too the IT department and have it re-imaged, it may something as simple as an updated driver for the network card, or a damaged file, if it was ongoing from the last user, its going to be very diffucult to find the actual cause.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
