It sounds like the wrong drivers are installed. Which is strange, becuase even computing.net found your graphics card to be a Sapphire HD 3650. I've included instructions on how to install new drivers. I'm not responsible if it damages your computer though. Based on the information you've given me, this should work.

Drivers for your card: http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downlo...

Click the first "Download" button under "Full Catalyst Software Suite (Recommended)"

When that's done downloading, uninstall your old video drivers. Here are some instructions if you don't know how:

1. Right click "Computer" and click "Manage"
2. In the window that opens, click "Device Manager"
3. Expand "Display Adapters" to show your graphics card
4. Right click your card and choose "Uninstall"
5. Click "OK" but DO NOT check "Delete the driver software for this device"
6. Continue to uninstall

Now locate the drivers you downloaded and install them. Restart your computer and see if it still says "Visiontek 2600XT AGP 760mb".

Let me know if this works!
