Specs: Windows 7 ultimate
everytime i turn my laptop on it says that windows 7 ultimate is not genuine, im really not very good with computers so please dont be too technical.

You either have a pirated copy of Windows 7 or you picked up the "not genuine" virus.

If you have your computer with Windows 7 Ultimate for many years without issue then it probably is the infection causing the problem. If you recently installed it or upgraded it and you did not purchase it from a reliable source then it probably is a fake or pirated copy. If the system has been working for a while, even a year or more and this popped up after a recent Windows update then you still may have a fake copy and the update revealed it.
If you are a long time user and/or are absolutely positive your copy is genuine then JohnW will help you clear this up since he is already 'here'.
If there is a real chance that it is not a real copy then you may need to pay for a license key to activate it again before it shuts down (I think you have 30 days).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
