why do wireless sometimes have limited access

Specs: Windows 7
I live in Thailand and use my laptop, we have a free provider called wireless, sometimes it says limited access, how can I get full access all the time as its fast.

"Limited Access" means you are still connected to the router for home networking (if you have set up a home network), but the router is not connected to the internet.

There can be several reasons why this happens:

Poor internet service by your provider (it may be fast, but not necessarily reliable).
Unreliable router (try a different wireless router if possible).
Faulty cable from router to telephone socket.
Wireless channel number may be too low (alter this in your router configuration).
Interference from other wireless internet users in your street.
