Specs: Windows 7
Why are games I've uninstalled are still on my control panel?
For example, I recently uninstalled a game call Prius Online. When I went to double check if its off of my system, it shows that it is still on my system. Why is it still there?

Have you tried clicking those entries to uninstall them again, just to see what happens?

If it produces an error, Windows 7 might ask you if you want to delete that entry, though I'm not sure about that.

However, to remove "broken" or invalid entries from the uninstall list in Control Panel >> Programs & Features, you can do it safely with "Ccleaner" from here:

Install Ccleaner and open it.
Click "Tools", then default view should show the entire uninstall list.
Click an invalid one to highlight it, then click "Delete Entry".

Just make sure an entry really is invalid before deleting it (you can check by trying to run the uninstaller first).

Delete the icon... it's only a short cut, the game is gone!
