Where is Win 7 Bootloader menu?

Specs: Windows 7, Intel P4 1.6 GZ
Hi, just got a HP Pavalion dv4 notebk & I formatted the 500GB hdd but I am unable to find the boot loader or the boot.ini file like in Win XP to create different names for 2 multi boot OS intalled already???
Any help appreciated!

Vista and Windows7 do not use the boot.ini file. Boot configuration is contained in a binary file that cannot be edited directly. Microsoft provides only a command line tool to edit it.The easy way to modify it is to use EasyBCD :

It can be done, but as LMiller7 said that's the easiest way, and EasyBCD creates a backup before altering the relavent file.
