Not sure if I should offer to help with what I have in mind. To be safe Go to
the Control Panel - Backup and Restore Icon - at the left top corner -
Create a system Image - This image has to be put on an Exterior Hard drive. Takes about 25 minutes.
After that Create a System Repair Disc.
The Repair Disc can be used to reinstall your System Image by putting
in the tray and restarting your computer. Be ready to press any key
when asked or you will go to a normal startup.

Download hijackthis and take the log to be analyzed.

analyze at this location by using copy and paste of your log.
http://hijackthis.de/index.php
After they analyze your log go to the left top - Edit - Find on this page -
Type in the name of what your looking for and click Find or click Enter -
Your in the Registry so be careful.
If you find what you want removed you can use hijackthis to fix it. (remove)

DO NOT use any registry editor until you answer some questions and do some investigating.

sisagp very well may be a necessary and legitimate process.

Explain what you mean when you say you downloaded form one computer to another.

SIS is a chip manufacturer AGP is a type of graphics interface. If those items exist on your computer then you may need the item.

Where are you seeing this in Control panel?

You can download a utility called SIW free edition to determine if you have a SIS chip set and AGP graphics. Get SIW at the link below.
