Try looking in Control Panel at Devices and printers.

I suggest you remove your email address from your post. WE don't give email responses anyway and you will get spam if you leave it there. Look at the top of your post and there should be an edit option. Hover over the extreme right icon at the top to see the edit option.

Just an FYI .....

In Windows XP, we used the Wizard to blend in the devices with the operating system. In Windows 7 the Wizard is no longer needed because the operating system is in itself scanner & camera awareness. As Othehill pointed out, the Devices and printers.in the Control Panel is what you should be using for the devices..

If you have the device installed, then you you can direct import into Live Photo.

Is the device you are trying to install compatible ??

When I use my reader to download my pictures, the "AUTOPLAY" wizard comes up on the screen and then I can download my pictures BUT.... I can only add a new Album to the Album I already have.
When on a trip, everyday I download my pictures and I want them to all be in the same Album like I could do with my XP using Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard
With the AUTOPLAY, I can not add pictures to an existing album but only add SUB Albums to my trip Album.
So what I have to do is to then copy the pictures out of that day's pictures and paste them into my trip album, then I delete the SUB album.
This keeps all my pictures for each trip together.
How can I download pictures to an existing Album without them being into a SUB Album?
Thanks for anyones help

When you select to download the pictures do you get an option to select the path? If so, you need to dig one layer deeper. If not, stop using Autoplay and then then browse to the folder you wish to save the pictures to. I personally do not use Autoplay. I hate that feature.
