To enable InPrivate browsing, click "Tools > InPrivate Browsing" on the menu bar.
If menu bar is not there, right-click tab bar and choose "Menu Bar" to tick it.

To disable InPrivate Browsing just close the browser.
When you re-open the browser, InPrivate browsing is disabled by default.
