Where are DOS system files in Windows 7

January 29, 2011 at 05:39:19
Specs: Windows 7 64-bit, Athlon 64 3200+ / 4GB
I am trying to perform a BIOS update on my Windows 7 (64-bit) PC but need a DOS boot disk to run the BIOS flash utility from. Windows 7 allows me to create an emergency repair disk but because it's not DOS the flash utility won't run. I'm currently using the HP Disk Storage Format Tool to format a USB key as a bootable device but it needs to know where to find the DOS system files. Can anyone help me please?
