when i zip the file it acquires a virus?... how do you know you have a virus. Are you zipping the file correctly? What virus does it show? What are other symptoms? We need more details! You cannot acquire a virus by zipping a file... if you have a virus then everything will be affected.

More details are needed.

Your machine has an infection and is trying to spread itself to anyone you are emailing to. Scan your machine with Malwarebytes in safe mode, remove anything it finds. Then update your antivirus program and rescan with that also and remove anything it finds. Repeat with both it either found anything. Then restart in normal mode.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

You need a complete security suite on the system now and always. Get one that has protection from many threats. At least get MS security essentials or a commercial product. Keep it up to date.

Use a standard user also. Never run as an admin user.

What do you mean with acquire ? You have a virus, or you don't. If the file you zip has a virus, the zip file contains a virus as well. Pretty simple. Or the Zipping tool is adding a virus from another source ? If you download WinZip from any reliable source, that should be no problem.
