Darn that minimum word requirement! Well you could have included info on if it occurs when running any particular software, like Word, or if it happens everytime you use the keyboard. Have you tried another or external keyboard (if it's a laptop)? Have you run any malware scans to see if that might be the reason?

Mostly this sort of thing turns out to be a keyboard fault, unless it's a laptop (which you don't say) and you are accidentally hitting the touchpad.

That's an odd symptom for malware. Are you asking for removal help? If so you can try malwarebytes:

https://www.malwarebytes.org/downlo...

(The free non-trial version) and see if it catches it. If not there are other methods but you might as well try the easy one first.

Unusual symptom but malware is often badly written so I guess anything is possible. Run these two freebies on it as well:

AdwCleaner:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
(blue Download button near top - not anything else on the page).
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run the program. Use the "Scan" button, followed by the "Cleaning" button.

Junkware Removal Tool (JRT)
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
(blue Download button near top - not anything else on the page).
Download and "Save" the file somewhere. Go to the saved file then double click it to run JRT. It might appear to have stopped at times or flash the screen but sit tight until it has finished.

If anything is found please copy/paste the logs on here.

Maybe it's not malware EVERY time in other words? Yes it is a laptop.

You seemed so sure about it so that's the direction we went. If it's not then what of the questions asked above--have you tried a USB keyboard, does this happen everytime you type or only with certain software? Does it occur just in windows or maybe on the password screen or perhaps bios setup also?

Whatever, if you have searchassist on there you should first run the two programs suggested in #5, ADWCleaner first, followed by MalwareBytes (see link in response #4). You need to get rid of unwanted tat, which can cause issues.

If the reported problem is still there then try an external keyboard to prove where the trouble lies.
