Usual fix for that error is to update the BIOS. BIOS updates are available from the PC manufacturer's website, or for unbranded PCs (ie built at home or built to order) from the motherboard manufacturer's website.

However, since updating the BIOS is potentially risky if it goes wrong, I would leave it and just keep pressing F1 if it all works normally except for that.

I Googled your question:
You should try resetting CMOS (disconnect power and either use CMOS jumper or remove CMOS battery for 10 seconds and press the power button a few times. Return to normal and plug in.) Then enter BIOS set up and reset defaults. If it still happens, make sure Quick Boot is active in BIOS and try again. If you still have trouble test your memory with Memtest via bootable CD. Let it run through all tests unless there are errors showing up. If errors, retest with one stick of memory at a time. Replace if needed. If the memory is good but you still receive the error, you may need to update your BIOS with the same or newer version (take extreme care when updating your BIOS, read information on it carefully. Use a UPS if possible,).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
