DO NOT use all CAPS, it is like SHOUTING.
Please explain exactly what you mean by Cleaning CPU.
Please understand that the computer case with all its components is NOT the CPU, JUST the processor chip on the motherboard is the CPU.
Did you clean out the computer case?
Did you use compressed air or a vacuum?
Did you remove anything from the board when cleaning?
Did you remove any plugs?
With these answers we MAY be able to tell what you did and suggest some solution but we are not there so we need you to be very specific if we are going to be able to help you.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

✔ Best Answer
When you have a computer failure the monitor should show a "no signal" message on the screen. If a monitor never shows anything at all it then it is most likely faulty or there is something wrong with its power source. Try your monitor on another computer and let us know if it works.

Maybe you have both a monitor fault and a computer fault.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
