If you can boot into Safe mode with networking, go to this site and download and install this program, it should take care of the problem.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

If you can't download it from safe mode, use a working computer and download the execute file to a jump drive. From Safe mode, install the program and run it. If you downloaded Uniblue on purpose, be advised that most of those programs are snake oil. Don't ever use them. If you get the computer to where it boots again, download and install Ccleaner slim. It's a safe registry cleaner and has worked well for me for years.

Get rid of Uniblue Registry Booster NOW.
This program is well known as a scam. The free trial will find what it claims to be serious errors and advises you to download the commercial version to fix them. It will do this even on a clean install of Windows. The paid version will run and announce that all errors have been fixed, although it actually did nothing useful.

This program has one purpose - to transfer money from your bank account to theirs. It is quite good at this.

I would avoid ALL registry cleaners as they generally cause more problems than they solve. CCleaner is useful for it's other functions but the registry cleaner should be avoided.

boot to safe mode, uninstall uniblue rubbish, do a system restore to as back as you can
if this and the previous advice fails, save your files from safe mode and do a factory restore..
and tell your friends not to use an registry/system booster they are just not needed.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
