Specs: win 7, 32 bit desktop
I have 2 pc's configured with remote access enabled but sometimes they both have memory frozen therefore I would like them to refresh every once 2 or 3 hours so access issues don't arise?
They both are connected to netgear router which has 2TB storage hdd which both can access but that hdd also stagnates(maybe my spelling) & I have hard time accessing through internet tothe 2TB hdd. Thanks.

What does your subject line have to do with your question?

If all devices on your lan "stagnate" then you have a problem with your routers switch. This is not related to routing. This would be a hardware issue.

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.

Sounds like a Router Issue. I believe you need to do more troubleshooting to identify the problem.

WoL will not work on a live PC which has locked itself................
