Solved What files to delete in Windows 7 to make it run faster?

Specs: Windows 7, 4g
My computer becomes slower, I want to delete files to make it faster, what should I do? I am not sure that I can delete files. Can someone tell me?

Run this for starters & tell me if it is still slow.

Run Wise Disk Cleaner ( Run the 1st three tabs, left to right. I use default settings, leave boxes that are unchecked, unchecked ) Reboot when finished.

Manually deleting files does not speed up your computer and is a dangerous thing to do - it can wreck the system. Files just sit there.

You can uninstall unwanted programs in "Control Panel > Programs & Features" but even this does not speed anything up unless a program is running in the background. This type of uninstall removes the all important registry entries that go with program files.

Virus or Malware files can cause issue but even these should not be fixed by manual file deleting - there are full processes for these.
