Sounds like it might be a virus. Not sure from your post but can you get to Windows either normally or via Safe Mode?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

There's a problem with your explanation either with English or spelling but in either case it's kind of hard to understand. Post back the exact wording of the error messages.

This is a strong contender for the most confused post I've ever read.
I'd very much like to know how it got that way. It reads like someone
who just had a stroke attempting to communicate, not like a bad
translation from another language.

Also perhaps post your first post here (#1) in Spanish; and also if possible the computer message you get.

También quizás post mensaje en tu primer post aquí (#1) en Español; y también si es posible el mensaje de computadora.

There are a few people here who do speak/understand Spanish; and they may be able to help too? I use a translator most of the time but some here do speak it well.

andypanda,

You must have been following some instruction to press Ctrl+R.
Where did that instruction come from?

I am having trouble fitting the word "aplastar" into the sentence.
Google tells me that "aplastar" is a verb which means "to crush".
Is that what you intended?

I think you were just telling us that you don't know much about how
the computer works. That is okay. We have all been there!

Who instructed you to press Ctrl + R ?

I just realized that by "aplastar", you might mean "keypress".
Is that correct?
