Weird bug with facebook. Wont connect but other sites work.

Specs: Windows 7 Pack1, 3.9 GHZ / 8GB DDR4
yet a Weird bug with facebook. wont load I get a connection timed out.

proxy is off.
Firewall doesn't do it. I ran tests.
All other sites works except facebook.
I cleared cache.
I dumped IP dns and renew it
uninstalled / reinstalled Chrome
Done everything and wont work on Chrome nor Firefox.
However facebook works on Tor
I have no software or anything blocking anything.
Started today when turned PC on.
FB worked fine last night.
Last thing I done before turning on browser is uninstalling UnThreat.

When ping other sites they work fine.
Facebook get 100% packet loss.

Tried everything, no work.

I use Window 7 HomePremium.
I have about 3.9 ghz processor Quad-core
Processor AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD graphics,
ACPI x64-based PC

8GB ram (DDR4 I think)
64 bit

Motherboard info
Serial : E4M0BX035048
Part No : 90MB0IY0-M0AAY0

For the (Product) between CPU/RAM and Tags
Can't get all product information
I went to system information and it wont say,
In system summary System Manufacturer and System model doesn't say anything useful.

Motherboard is ASUS

What browsers have you tried? Does it fail to load on all of them?

Now it's weird. it "fixed" itself and then it messed google then fixed it self and then re-messed up google and then refixed itself and soo far never retured.

I use Chrome.

Yeah it's weird only because like human the internet and the websites has their own Hiccup moments every once in a while.
