Website captcha image not displayed on W7 PC

Specs: Windows 7
I have naked ADSL2 with TPG. Just recently I noticed that non of my 4 PC (including mac) do not disply capcha. I tested all my PC and browsers including my iPhone and when connected to my home network they do not display captcha. I did not change any settings on my rauter!
When I open any of the websites on my mobile through mobile phone internet everything is ok and all websites display captcha?! I use windows 7 and I have all browsers.
I would be very greatful if sombady know the answer....any help!!!!

You can't compare mobile desktop. Compare desktop to desktop.

capcha is usually a java script. Blocking java at isp or router is unlikely but the link to capcha may be blocked via any method.

Bring someones laptop maybe just to prove or go to their home to prove.

I have 3 different laptops at home and 2 PC. All with different OS. If I connect any of my computers to other network all seems to be ok. Only when they are connected to my home wireless network capcha is invisible. I was trying to turn of firewalls and uninstall AV software but there is no difference.
