sir i have a serious problem regarding my HDD partitation.
my system conf is HP Pavilion dv4 of 4GB of RAM/360GB of HDD.
i have inbuilt win7.when i try to make more than 3 partitation..it give an error..as shown---------------------------

It's actually 4 partitions. Don't forget that Windows 7 creates a hidden partition of about 100MB. To create more than 3 partitions (apart from that hidden one) make the 3rd partition an Extended one. Then you can create logical volumes within that extended partition. Have a look at this article. Having said that, do you really need more than 3 partitions?
Don't forget that if you add a second hard drive, you can add up to 4 more primary partitions on it, or 3 primary partitions and one extended partition with logical drives (volumes) on it. You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
