Verifying DMI Pool Data

Specs: Windows 7, 2
I had Windows Vista Home Premium and I wanted to replace it with Windows 7.
I booted from CD...I completed some steps of W7 installation, than I formatted Local Disc C: where Vista was installed...I continued the next steps, after installation I got this writting: Verifying DMI Pool Data and it stays there for years even after 456363 reboots....I tryed to install again Windos 7 but the same problem happened...Please Help me !

Did you verify your computer is Windows 7 compatible? Generally speaking any computer that came with Vista from the factory should be able to run Windows 7.

If that is your case then your problem could be with any peripheral hardware that is connected. Remove any non-essential external hardware like printers, scanners, webcams, external drives, wireless keyboards & mice, etc. Also remove any memory cards, flash cards, etc.

Are you using an upgrade DVD or a full version disk?

error indicates no master boot record on the hard drive.
