If you are unable to use a mouse or keyboard, try using a ps2 mouse or keyboard.
you must have disable the usb ports all together from the Device Manager.

Try with a ps2 mouse/keyboard and go to de device manager and anything that is disable, enable it.

If you disable anything on the Bios, then try to reset it, you should be able to use the keyboard to go into the bios.

You can also try every usb port and see which one works and use that to go into the device manager and try to bring everything back to normal.

If you don't have ps2 ports, get a usb2ps2 adapter
