My company pension advisor has moved on line , when I try to access it through IE11 I get ' Error 404 url not found' and a reference code but it works fine in Firefox and Chrome, I have tried clearing cache and even doing a reset for IE 11 but still no good, I have spoken to the company who say there are no known problems also I've tried this on two different pc's, any ideas please ??
If that is the case its probably a security setting on ie11, what is the error code that you received? on another note, you could try starting ie11 with no add-ons, and see if it loads.

Thanks for your interest - This is what I get Requested URL cannot be found
We are sorry, but the page you are looking for cannot be found. The page has either been removed, renamed or is temporarily unavailable.
404 Not Found
Reference ID: 1c06ddd2-8db5-11e3-9d86-001b21cf44e0
As I said I have reset ie11 so its currently using default settings
Its strange because a 404 is usually a the website can be contacted, however the specific page that you are looking for is missing. Are you able to access the rest of the site? I suppose its possible that IE is trying to load the wrong page, can you start at the main page and go through the log on process? I know that when I am used to going to a site that I often use a bookmark I am wondering if there is something that has changed and Google recognizes and adapts, while IE does not. IF the above failed, you might try copying the page address from google's bar, and pasting into IE.

Some thoughts: Any chance that the URL either requires or doesn't require https ?
It could have accidentally been put in Restricted Sites.
Copy/Paste it directly from either Chrome or Firefox (if that's not what you already did).
If you are prepared to post the link you are using I can try it on my IE11 (Win8).
Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
Sorry, answered wrong question. message edited by riider
I've just tried it now after I reset ie11 again and rebooted and its now working, funny as I've tried that twice already and it wasn't working on my other PC either, they have recently updated the site, I wonder if the problem was something on the server ??, still many thanks for your help..
It might well have been. Glad to hear it's sorted and thanks for letting us know. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
