upgrading to Win 7 glitch: wrong NTFS version

Specs: Windows Vista
I have Vista on right now and went to upgrade to 7 a d it tells me I have the wrong version of ntfs. I didn't even know there were dif. versions of ntfs. Need a little help

So is the upgrade refusing to work? If not, I wouldn't worry about it. Look at the link below for a primer on NTFS. I didn't know there was any difference in Vista & Windows 7 NTFS either.

I'm 2 for 2 now!!
First I installed OEM Windows 7 64bit home edition on a new built computer (desktop) and with a little homework all went well
Second I installed an upgrade on my daughter's laptop she uses for college and this went well without any issues at all (don't forget to back up everything personal/important first). There was no driver issues, no compatibility issue, no NTSF issue. I did run the suggested compatibility tester during install without any hitches so I would suggest running it, it did not take long and went right back to the install and may help heading off issues first.
