Can someone tell me how I uninstall Internet Exploer 9? I do not like it and would like to go back to version 8.

Just because the OP does not come back in 3 or 4 days to reply, does not mean he will not come back and reply.

Read this on microsoft.com
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/...

This brings you back to the former installed Internet Explorer 8.

Thank you so much. The problem I have with Microsoft is they change the way things look like the themes and all. Why not make it where the user can change back? Like the tabs in IE 9 are all the way up at the top. That ticks me off when they change things. On XP it was ok moving from 98 to XP or 2000 to XP they gave you the option for classic mode. Vista had classic mode and classic start menue. I think Windows 7 has classic mode but not classic start menue. I know this is not a rant forum so I will not go further.

This is Microsoft. It should make things easier for beginners, but how about an old hand on windows?
It is like it is!

You can get back the classic start menu by using a little tool called "Classic Start Menu". I use it by myself and it works great.
Here is the link:

[EDIT]
Sorry, was the wrong name and link for the tool.
It's called Classic Shell and it's free.
Here is the correct link:
