I am guessing it is there because you have got their Registry Booster software installed. If that program is shown in Control Panel/Programs & Features then just uninstall it. If it is not there, but is listed in your programs on the start menu, then go to the folder where the program is located (probably c:\programfiles(X86)\uniblue) and look for a file called 'uninstall.exe' - running that should remove the program.
