Solved Unexpected I/O error prevent W7 from starting

Specs: Windows 7, 256
windows has encounterd a problem communicating with a device connested to your computer.
This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use,or by faulty hardware sush as a hard drive cd-rom drive that is failing.Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.
If you continue to recive this error message,contact the hardware manufacturer.

Can you help me for this problem?I have a Laptop Nec LL900/B and instaled windows 7 ultimate.I cant boot my PC for formated.THanks

Re burn the CD at a slower speed ( 2 or 4 )
