Solved unable to recieve or send email because of spam message

Specs: Windows 7
postmasterE5110 Unable to recieve email or send send message because I have a black box that I am trying to sent spam message which I am not. it also locks my email and the only way I can get out is by rebooting my computer after an hour the message disappears and then can recieve messages

Run Malwarebytes in case you have malware that is trying to use your computer to send spam out.
Check your email account via webmail to clean out any messages (in or out) that are junk that might be clogging things up or that your email client is not allowing. Use spam, virus and other filters available on the webmail/ISP email site to filter out the worst offenders before you 'see' them on your email client.
Clean out your inbox and outbox regularly.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

You didn't tell us which email you're using nor did you ask a question.

Since you are on Windows 7 which doesn't include any email software, it would be helpful to know which email software or service you are using.

it seems the bx is gone for now. did get in touch with carrier and maybe I have got this straigten out
