Unable to connect to printers on network W7

Specs: Windows 7
I have recently purchased 2 new Windows 7 workstations for my company to hopefully improve networks speed.

The server is running SBS2003 and all the workstations are XP. I have installed one of the new workstations but I am having trouble connecting to the printers on the network. It won't find any networked printers if it scans for any but if you then select printers from within the directory all the printers are listed.

If I click and select one of the printers it tries to locate drivers and searches windows update but it won't install the printer.

I have downloaded the drivers for Windows 7 from HP's website but when I try to install it I get the error 0x0000007e cannot install printer.

Can anyone help please?

You should enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP in the network properties window and put TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service on Automatic for the machines that cannot see the network printers. Windows 7 machines come with NetBIOS over TCP/IP setting on Default which does not work.
