Turn bluetooth on/off via W7 systray instead of Device Mgr

Specs: Windows 7 pro 64bit, 1.8ghz i3-3217u/8gb
Hi i seem to have to go into device manager everytime i want to turn the bluetooth on or off...if there a way to have the bluetooth symbol in the systray and turn it on/off there?

Thanks there is no 'change bluetooth settings' . I found in control panel>all control panel items> notification area icons ...theres a bluetooth icon in the list then it says windows explorer bluetooth devices. Next to that there is a drop down box and i can select from3 things. how icon and notifications(selected this earlier and it doesn't show the icon), hide icon and notifications and only show notifications.
