Try this.

How to use a Lazesoft Windows Recovery CD or USB device to fix the boot problems if your Windows operating system does not start correctly.
"It is very common for PC users to be faced with a Windows crash. When this happens, the dreaded 'Blue Screen of Death' pops up, or your PC has a black screen and can not boot or start up"

Let us know the pattern of beeps as well as the model number. See this:

You might have a hardware fault - depending on your answer.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Yes, beeping is most commonly hardware related, not software related so trying a reset would not help you. Please supply the requested information on your system and the pattern of the beeps (long, short, continuous, etc.) since the pattern (called the beep code) will help identify the problem and the make and model will help us find the right chart to look up the code on.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I would try checking the beep codes (see link in #3) and attempt diagnosis before haphazard guesses.

The beeping is only every time I press a button after I’ve done the hole f11 process for example I press a key “beep” press a key again “beep” if I dont press anything it just stays black and the model is hp 110-4100

"The beeping is only every time I press a button after I’ve done the hole f11 process..."

That sounds as if the machine is frozen while trying to do the reset. Is there a viable partition where the install files reside?

OK, that's quite different. Try Lazesoft #2.

Why not tell us the model number and what operating system you are running. Is it XP or Windows 7?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Start: hold down the power button until it i completely off. Unplug the power and remove the battery. Press and release the power button two or three times to discharge all capacitors. Reinstall the battery ans power it up.
May not help but simple and easy to try and may help (not so easy if the battery is not removable).
